Kristina has worked her entire career in the Multi-Family Affordable Property Management Industry.

Kristina works with numerous Property Management providers, both large and small, providing support, training and compliance related services, including day to day compliance reviews, 100% file reviews, PBRA vouchering and TRACS Troubleshooting. 

Todd has also worked his entire career in the Multi-family industry, spending nearly 30 years as Director of Information Technology for one of the Midwest's largest Affordable Housing providers, where he implemented multiple different PMS systems from different platforms. 

Following his time there,  he went on to be Director of Operations for another Ohio based Affordable Manager, where he over-seen the conversion to Yardi Voyager as well as updating and streamlining processes and procedures. 

Todd currently provides consulting, implementation, training and support services for Property Management Companies with thousands of units, utilizing the industry leading PMS platforms.
